Theming – We will be looking at the quality and the details of the attraction, immersing you into the environment whether it’s big set pieces or little Easter eggs, we will be looking out for it all. 

Storyline – Creating a storyline and how it translates itself into the attraction can have a huge impact on the experience. So we will be looking at how the story flows throughout and how in depth the world they’ve created is portrayed. 

Acting – No Halloween attraction is completed without the team behind it. So we are looking at the volume of actors, the energy they bring and how they are utilised during your time with them. 

Screams – the most important part of Halloween is getting scared. We will be rating our screams throughout the attraction, whether it’s going from chilling suspense moments, jump scares or pure gore. 

Laughs – A unique category but we’ve found a more common theme in recent years at multiple attractions. Everyone loves a good laugh whilst being terrified, so we will be looking at how humour is implemented throughout the attraction.
