Have you heard of Twisted Pumpkin located at Winnie’s Wonderland near Birmingham? Found just north in the Wolverhampton area, for the 2023 halloween season Twisted Pumpkin have set up home here to create a terror filled night for all ages but for an amazing reason! 

Throughout the month of October, everybody flocks to find Halloween fun and Twisted Pumpkins have joined the festivities but not to make profit, instead to raise money for a chosen charity. Each year, they change the charities they work with and spend the month volunteering in creating an experience and to raise as much as possible. The team work hard all year round to make this happen with them reaching deep themselves in spending time and money from their own pockets to design & create this attraction. All money raised from the public goes directly to the charity, which is fantastic to hear of the dedication from this team! 

As only a small organisation, they rely so much on word of mouth from the local community and we were so thankful the team reached out to us this Halloween to let us know who they were. We managed to find time to experience them towards the end of the run and to share with you in preparation for 2024!

In 2023, they opened throughout October at Winnie’s Wonderland on Friday’s & Saturdays and battled the elements to remain open for as many nights as they could. The nights they opened, the maze remained opening during 5-9pm as they did slots for a younger audience, and also a more extreme version later on towards the last weekend. Entry was free to the maze but as it was for charity, they recommended you donate what you can prior to entry.
