Tulleys Pumpkin Nights Review ()

INTRODUCTION

The Tulleys Farm Pumpkin Festival and Nights is back for 2026 and, this year, it is even bigger and better.

Labelled as Europe’s largest pumpkin festival and home to 1.5 million pumpkins, we just had to explore and see the festivities. Located at Tulleys Farm, Crawley, the wider venue is also home to the famous ‘Shocktober Fest’, which we also had the opportunity to visit; check out our review here. The Tulleys Farm Pumpkin Festival is divided into two events: the Daytime Pumpkin Festival and Pumpkin Nights. This year, the farm have been working around the clock and have introduced a new Pumpkin Valley for visitors to explore. The event is a family-friendly experience featuring pumpkin picking, pumpkin sculptures, street theatre, a light trail, live music, street food, and bars. Dogs are also welcome.

Tickets are booked as a time slot for entry, depending on whether you’d like to visit the daytime or night event. Day visitors can stay for as long as they wish, but once Pumpkin Nights begins at 6pm, tickets must be upgraded if you’d like to stay for the evening. The full experience is free-roaming, where guests can explore at their own leisure. The event has free parking and is located in a separate area, next door to Shocktober Fest. Just follow the signs for the Pumpkin Field.
We visited for Pumpkin Nights and were certainly blown away by the scale of the event.

New for 2026

The Pumpkin Valley is a new addition to the experience this year, and it definitely did not disappoint. Visitors can meander through thousands of pumpkins in different sculptures and patterns, with many photo opportunities along the way. Arriving at 6pm allowed us to enjoy the valley as the sun was setting, and it felt so magical. Pumpkin sculptures included houses, a witch’s hat, mushrooms, hobby houses, a hot air balloon, umbrellas, and a very impressive guitar that even played along to the music! As the sun set, the valley really came alive. Filled with thousands of lights, the whole area was beautifully lit up, enhancing photo opportunities at every turn. The guitar’s strings gleamed in the darkness as they strummed along in time with the music.
The valley is an area of the experience that certainly should not be missed.

Light Trail

The Pumpkin Nights event also included a light trail. This spooky walk-through featured Halloween favourites, including skeletons, witches, and eyes in the trees watching your every move. There are many photo opportunities along the route, and our favourite part was definitely the disco skeleton light show. Featuring fountains, lights, and spooky pumpkins, this fantastic light show takes place on the lake and is the real spectacle of the experience. With a great soundtrack and bright colours, the light show is a real asset to the trail. Towards the end of the trail lies the pumpkin field. Guests can grab a wheelbarrow and enjoy a spot of night-time pumpkin picking. This section is a lot of fun with great photo opportunities.

Entertainment

There is a host of entertainment across the event, suitable for the entire family:
– Live music: There are various musicians across the site singing and playing live music near the bar areas. It is the perfect time to grab a drink and soak up the atmosphere.
– Street theatre: Family-friendly roaming characters are across the event, adding a fun yet spooky Halloween flair.
– Observation wheel: This 33-metre Ferris wheel is the perfect way to explore the event from above.
– Vintage Carousel: Located in the Pumpkin Valley, the carousel is the perfect way to take in the atmosphere.
– Food & Drink: Throughout the event, there is a wide range of food and drink options suitable for all tastes. Food vendors include pizza, pasta, BBQ, gyros, and hot dogs. Visitors can also enjoy a sweet treat with options including crumble and toasted marshmallows.

Pumpkin Picking

The event plaza was packed full of pumpkins for visitors to take home. Guests can pick pumpkins at their own leisure in the pumpkin field, as well as enjoy a whole range of pumpkins, organised by type and size. There were so many shapes and colours of pumpkins we had never seen before.

Overall, we had such an enjoyable evening at Tulleys Pumpkin Nights and would highly recommend a visit to get into the Halloween spirit.

We would love to share a huge thank you to Ed Hopkins PR and Tulleys Farm for having us for the evening. We were offered 2 tickets in return for this review and social media content.
