‘The Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland’ is the very first ‘extreme spinning coaster’ in Europe and the second attraction of this type worldwide – only in the United States there is currently one. Visitors are catapulted no less than twice to a speed of no less than 90 km / h and go over five times. The carts can rotate freely, giving visitors a different ride experience every time. The attraction has a total length of almost one kilometer and stands 35 meters above the ground at its highest point, which provides an exceptional view of the park and the spacious surroundings. In addition to the unique thematic interpretation, Tomorrowland also creates an exclusive soundtrack based on the Tomorrowland Hymne composed by Hans Zimmer that will be heard during the ride,

The renowned German rollercoaster manufacturer Mack Rides is responsible for the technical design, engineering and construction of the structure. The theming and total experience are taken care of by the creative team of Tomorrowland and the Plopsa Group. The aim is to translate the unique atmosphere that prevails in Boom every summer into this spectacular coaster. Within Plopsaland De Panne, a separate zone is being constructed for this attraction, which will become a magnet for visitors from home and abroad from this summer. The collaboration between Tomorrowland and the Plopsa Group is a first step in a far-reaching ambition to invest in various theme park projects in Europe in the long term. The two Belgian companies are renowned worldwide for their thorough innovation, creative approach and sense of detail, which resulted in this collaboration in a very organic way. The ‘Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland’ coaster has a price tag of 17.5 million euros.
