Travel & Costs

Travelling to EnergyLandia is pretty easy with a range of options, depending on how you want your trip to go. As located close by to Krakow, you can fly into Krakow and partner this up with a trip exploring the city. The easiest way to travel is by taxi and the cost to EnergyLandia from the airport does depend on the weather, time of visit and other variable factors. A one way trip from the airport is around £30-£40 which shared across a group is not bad going at all. 

Cheaper methods could be using the public transport system, as for 2023 EnergyLandia have now got a train station in Zator which has a limited service right next to the park. Tickets were easy to buy in the train and a single journey cost around £5. The trains runs from Krakow & Katowice and stop in the morning and evening, usually around park opening and park close and they offer a free land train service to take you from the station to the park entrance & back. We hope to see this service be more popular with more times in the near future. Walking isn’t the best option between the station to the park due to no public footpaths. 

Tickets to EnergyLandia do vary across the year and they usually offer some kind of tourist discount, so it is always worth looking on their socials & website prior to booking. A standard day ticket works out to be around £33, which is excellent value for money regardless of any discounts. They do have 2 day park ticket promotions and other options listed to. The website can be translated into English very easily and it is always worth booking your tickets direct.

Coasters – Abyssus & Aqualantis Area

Moving forwards outside the headline attractions, it is worth highlighting one of the newest areas to EnergyLandia is Aqualantis. This area is based on the water world and all of the attractions all are themed to match. The headline ride in the area is Abyssus, a multi launch coaster created by Vekoma, as you reach speeds of 100km/h with multiple inversions and speedy turns & airtime. It has some great theming which has been added in recent years and is a very popular ride at the park with most guests as it is an enjoyable experience. 

They have two other coasters in this area being the Tidal Wave Spinner, a Disk’O Coaster and then Light Explorers which is a family boomerang coaster. Both these rides are perfect for the younger and more moderate thrill seekers compared to the headline attractions and offer plenty of fun for the family. 

The area also has 6 other attractions from a slow boat ride to other smaller attractions for the younger audience. It has a main shop, plenty of food & drink outlets and even a diving show outside the main attraction itself during select times. There is so much in this area alone and it has been well received by all those that visit. 

Water Rides & Other Top Attractions

Outside all of the coasters at the park, you cannot forget all of the other rides & attractions they have on offer. Speed is a water rollercoaster ride that mixes a roller coaster with a water ride which will certainly get you wet and is perfect on a hot day. You have a small spinning rapids ride as well as a large rapids ride, a log flume amongst other several smaller water attractions. They have these all covered across the park, so on a hot day you can still enjoy the theme park. 

Heading onto some of the more noteworthy attractions that are not coasters, you have a range of flat rides. They have a large ferris wheel, a drop tower and plenty of other fairground style attractions which you would expect to see at a theme park. No attraction is the same and the offering here is endless with each area of the park providing something different but for the whole family and audience attending. 

Events & Shows

With a park of this size, they have to have a range of different shows throughout the park to keep guests interested outside of the attractions. There are plenty of smaller shows for the younger audience as well as seasonal shows, but to mention some of our highlights and biggest would be as follows. Extreme is the car stunt show which has some of Poland’s most daring drivers put on a spectacular car show with them drifting and performing awesome stunts. They also have a parade with a range of the characters you can find across the park on, a 7D cinema, a fire show and this is only touching the surface of what they do. 

Throughout the year, they do put on different events in the park. Some of the biggest would be the Winter Kingdom season during the winter months. This is where the park is open during the colder months with a more limited lineup with additional winter offering. With that said, they do open up most of the park excluding the water attractions & water park. Another fun event is during the summer months called Magic Nights. You will see the park open for 13 hours on selected dates and they host a large waterpark night party too. This is on top of a night time LED parade and other entertainment across the evening. Although these events can be popular, we have not seen the park too busy and have always enjoyed the rides and additional entertainment till late.
