The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre in Lancashire is a fantastic destination for families and friends seeking fun and excitement. With a wide range of activities, including bowling, curling, cinema, crazy golf, and more, there’s something for everyone.
Located in a convenient location with ample parking, The Flower Bowl offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The venue boasts a dedicated curling hall, one of the largest crazy golf courses in the UK, and private cinema rooms. Additionally, you can enjoy virtual reality experiences, golf simulators, and a challenging crazy pool game.
To fuel your fun, the center provides various dining options, from quick bites at the fish and chip shop and coffee bar to more substantial meals at the Blooms restaurant.
While all activities are priced separately, booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak times.

The 9-hole course is beautifully designed, with each hole offering a unique challenge. From navigating around obstacles to aiming for precise shots, Cue Gardens provides an entertaining experience for players of all ages. The final hole is a particular highlight, with its complex layout and multiple paths to the finish line.
Cue Gardens can accommodate groups of up to 4 people, with larger groups needing to split into smaller groups. The cost is £7 per adult and £6 for children and seniors, making it an affordable and enjoyable activity for the whole family.
With a typical game lasting between 30-45 minutes, Cue Gardens is a great way to spend your time with the family.
Curling
If you’re looking to try your hand at curling, The Flower Bowl offers a variety of options to suit all skill levels. From beginner-friendly taster sessions to in-depth coaching and ice rental, there’s something for everyone.
We opted for the mini-curling experience, which provided a fun and accessible introduction to the sport. After a brief safety briefing, we were given the opportunity to slide stones down the ice and aim for a target. While the experience was short, it was a great way to get a feel for the game and enjoy some friendly competition.

Virtual Reality Ride
The Flower Bowl’s Virtual Reality Ride offers an exhilarating adventure for the whole family. Step into a 3-minute virtual reality experience, where you can explore exotic jungles or embark on a pirate adventure. The seasonal variations, such as the Halloween-themed ride, add an extra layer of excitement.
Each ride costs £6 per person and lasts approximately 5 minutes. While it may be a brief experience, it’s a thrilling and immersive journey. The attention to detail in the virtual environments, combined with the high-quality VR technology, creates a truly unforgettable experience.

While we didn’t have the chance to explore every activity, the ones we did experience were top-notch. From the challenging crazy golf course to the immersive virtual reality ride, The Flower Bowl offers a variety of entertainment options for all ages.
We highly recommend visiting The Flower Bowl for a fun-filled day out. Be sure to book your activities in advance, especially during peak times, to avoid disappointment.
