“It’s only been a few months, but already it feels like years incarcerated at HMP Bracknell. There’s no way you can spend 10 years here, punished for a crime you didn’t commit! Conspiring with your closest friends and armed with nothing more than your wits, you all need to outsmart the guards and escape to freedom in a perilous – but DARING – Prison Break! The clock’s ticking and the stakes are high in this fast-paced bid for salvation!”

Uniqueness: 7/10

Prison themed rooms are quite common, and all try have their own take on it, Prison Break at Puzzlogical is far from generic. The layout of the room is surprising, plus other unique touches and authentic themeing, it makes for a worthwhile immersive escape experience, without pushing boundaries too much, for a comfortable and fun game.

The host for the escape room was friendly and helpful, they also dressed up in a bit of a police uniform during the intro, and tried keeping in character throughout which complimented the experience. They were able to talk over the room audio and add hints and tips where they felt was required – we don’t know if we would have escaped in time without!

Overall we really enjoyed the experience as a group of two, and reckon it would be easier with 3 or 4 playing, as it was quite tricky and isolated split apart one each in the cells.
