Halloween Coverage for 2021

Halloween 2021 is almost here and we are gearing up to experience and cover some of the best events across UK & Europe! Covering over 20 Halloween events from October 2nd through to October 31st, some will be brand new events for us and others will be returning favourites. Below, you can find out what we are covering and what to expect from us throughout October…

Xtreme Scream Park

Xtreme Scream Park will start our Halloween season on Saturday 2nd October. With the brand new Ashes to Earth attraction, an extension to Pie Factory and Belvoir Mannors, alongside a new scare zone The Unfair Funfair, there is so much to look forward to! 

Expect social media coverage, ratings of the scare mazes and maybe even a TikTok of our experience. 

Thorpe Park Fright Nights

Thorpe Park Fright Nights is back and with a special 20th anniversary. 20 years of frights means plenty of surprises from the resort. Three mazes at an upcharge to your ticket price will be the returning Creek Freak, Platform 15 for its final year and Trailers, new for 2021!

Following the success of the scare zones and roaming actors, we will have The Crows of Mawkin Meadow, Amity High vs LycanThorpe: LoveBITES, The SWARM: INVASION & Creek Freaks: Unchained. If all of that wasn’t enough already, we will see The Crows roaming about outside the scare zone, a Birthday BASH show and a fire & light show called Legacy.

We’ll be covering this on the press preview & annual pass preview night on the 7th & 8th of October, with social media coverage of the event, TikTok’s from the mazes, ratings of the scare mazes and a review of all the attractions. 

We’ll be there throughout October so expect more coverage on different nights too!

Scream Fields Fear Park

Scream Fields Fear Park is a brand new event for 2021 and is located in Thornton Hall County Park near Yorkshire / Lancaster. Introducing 4 terrifying scare attractions, 1 scare zone, park entertainment and so much more, this is an event that cannot be missed with 17 frightful nights!

We’ll be experiencing Scream Fields on their opening night! Expect social media coverage, scare ratings of their mazes, TikTok’s with footage from inside the mazes and a review of the event for our website!

Doncaster Fear Factory

Doncaster Fear Factory is back for 2021 with 3 exciting scare mazes and 2 scare zones. This is a new event for us to experience but they have been scaring people for a while. Ramping the fear up to 11, we are exciting to see what they have to offer on the 9th October.

Expect social media coverage of our evening, a TikTok of the event, scare ratings of the mazes and of course a review of the whole event!

Yorkshire Scare Grounds

Yorkshire Scare Grounds is celebrating 10 years of fear for 2021. With 5 terrifying scare attractions and 2 blood thirsty scare zones, this huge event has more than just a few surprises for this 10 year anniversary!

Expect social media coverage on the 9th October and some scare ratings of their 5 scare mazes!

Fear Island IV

Fear Island at Fantasy Island is back for its fourth year of the event! Each year gets better and better and for 2021, they have expanded with even more scares. The Pirates of Fear Island is the new free interactive stage show alongside the return of The Circus of Screams (upcharge). The Haunting 2: Under Investigation will be a family scare maze whilst Killer Villa, HellHole & Psycho Vault Death Game will take centre stage of frights! 

Expect social media coverage on Sunday 10th October with ratings of the scare mazes, a review of the event alongside a TikTok of the event!

Screamfest Resurrected

Screamfest Burton is back for 2021 and they are back with force for the Halloween season. Screamfest is resurrected with two brand new attractions, this being Le Theatre Noir & Creed Farm, whilst their favourite clown maze is resurrected for 2021. Returning favourites of Love Hurts and the 2nd year of Hillbilly Joe’s Zombee Zoo brings their 5 maze lineup alive. 

We’ll be visiting on opening night on the 14th October, with social media coverage from the evening, ratings of all 5 scare mazes, TikToks of the event and footage from inside the mazes plus a review of the whole event!

Fear at Avon Valley Scream Park

Fear at Avon Valley Scream Park is another exciting place for Halloween and 2021 is no different. Returning is V I T A N O V A, X4, Anarchy Live and House of clowns, but a new maze is still yet to be announced! We know Fear at Avon Valley like to keep everything secretive like they have done beforehand. We’ll expect all of the roaming characters to be out in force and their famous Fire & Light show to return for a festival-like atmosphere. 

We’ll be visiting on opening night on the 15th with social media coverage, ratings of all the scare mazes, a TikTok of the event with footage from inside some of the mazes and a review of the whole event!

Walsall Scare Maze

Walsall Scare Maze is back with a new maze for 2021 and it is not for the faint hearted. Bunker 41 is this years Halloween theme and if you do not like gas masks and sirens, turn back now! We loved our first visit back in 2019 with their House of Heinous theme and we are sure we’ll be more terrified this year. We’ll look forward to visiting this twisted immersive attraction on the 16th October. 

Expect some social media coverage and a rating of this years attraction.

Stourbridge Scare Maze

Stourbridge Scare Maze is another live action Halloween attraction open for 2021. Located just outside Birmingham, this is a high intensity maze with 12,000 square foot of scares. With all of your fears hidden within this attraction, with themes including a bunker, asylum, hillbillies, junkyard, Satan and even a carnival, terrified does not even cut it!

We’ll be visiting on the 16th October and expect some social media coverage, a rating of the scare attraction alongside a review of the experience!

Chessington World of Adventures Howl’o’ween

Chessington World of Adventures Howl’O’Week is back for 2021 and with more family entertainment than ever, we are looking forward to everything they have to offer. With family scare actors across the park from the Ferocious Pharaoh’s to the Plunderous Pirates, these are just some of the new changes we can see for this year. With The Legend of the Wild Witches show, The Forgotten Forest walkthrough and The Curse Catches, there is not going to be a dull Halloween moment here! Don’t forget Creepy Caves returns once again.

We’ll be here on the 17th October so expect social media coverage, a TikTok from the event and a scare rating for Creepy Caves 2021.

Tulleys Shocktoberfest

Tulleys Shocktoberfest is always one of the main highlights of Halloween and we could not resist for 2021. Later in the season than usual for us, we can’t wait to see all of the changes for 2021. With 8 returning mazes and 1 brand new maze called The Island, there is plenty to do as always. 

Expect coverage on our social media on Thursday 21st October, with a scare rating of the mazes, a TikTok of the event and a review of the whole evening of our experience. 

Dr Frights Halloween Night

Dr Frights Halloween Night goes on a World Tour for 2021. Whilst this event is highly popular and has been around for a while, we have not managed to ever visit. For our visit, we are super excited for 4 brand new mazes, featuring with a country theme. You have The Grindhouse down in Mexico, Hollywood Horror The Final Chapter, Yokai Temple and Killer Clowns in Ibiza! 

Expect social media coverage on the 22nd October, scare ratings of the 4 mazes, a TikTok of the event and a review of our evening on the website.

Pleasurewood Chills

Pleasurewood Chills is back for another year of family frights and we enjoyed our first visit of the event we had to make a return. Whilst not much is yet released, we will hopefully see the return of 2 mazes or maybe even something new?

Either way, expect social media coverage on the 23rd October alongside a TikTok of the event, scare ratings of any mazes that join the lineup and a review of this family favourite for the website. 

PrimEvil

PrimEvil is Norfolk’s biggest award winning scare experience and it’s back with a bang for 2021. A new event for us as we’ve never managed to visit and it looks scary when screaming won’t help! With five terrifying haunts full of scares, street performing actors, bar, street food vendors and plenty of entertainment on what is our 12th year of fear!

Expect coverage on the 23rd October on our social media alongside scare ratings of the five scare mazes!

Clown House Nottingham

Clown House Nottingham is a brand new event for 2021 and it’s what nightmares are made of. Fancy playing in an adults only softplay centre, with the lights off, with an infestation of clowns joining you? Then this is your event. We cannot be more excited to see how this playtime plays out!

We’ll be running for our lives on the 24th October and you can expect social media coverage, a rating of the event, a TikTok from the event and a review over on our website.

Kent Scareground

Kent Scareground is a brand new event and they’ll be offering 3 scare mazes for you to be terrified from. Snyder, Texax and Abandoned will be the lineup alongside other entertainment throughout. As a brand new event, we will be excited to see how they launch and what they can offer!

We’ll be visiting on the 25th October and you can expect social media coverage, scare ratings, a TikTok from the event and a review over on our website.

Hever Castle Halloween Scream

Hever Castle will be taking Halloween to the next level with Halloween Scream for 2021. A brand new event for the castle with two terrifying haunts lasting around 15 minutes each! The 13th Frame and SUBstratum will be the two experiences and we cannot wait with these interesting and spooky themes.

We’ll be visiting on the 27th October and you can expect social media posts, scare ratings of the two mazes and a review of the event for our website. 

Abroad Events

To end Halloween after all of the fantastic UK events, we are taking a trip to experience 4 European Halloween events. Between the 28th to the 31st October, we’ll be visiting Bobbejaanland, Bellewaerde, Walibi Belguim and Plopsa De Panne. All 4 parks will have a Halloween event with some scare mazes, scare zones and family entertainment.
