Dino Splash is the rethemed River Rapids attraction. The whole ride and area has been given a refresh and is looking brand new. Lots of life-sized dinosaur statues including some of them as animatronics are spread around the area and interact with the ride making for a great pre-historic adventure. The actual physical attraction is one of the better and wetter river rapids we’ve experienced with many waves and water effects.

Holiday Indoor is the 5000m/square themed area which includes 7 family attractions. Tabaluga’s Rollercoaster is a family coaster and the main attraction in the area. The other rides include a carousel, giant slide, adventure playground and Mia’s Elv Flight which is a spinning attraction with swinging arms. Despite it being aimed at children, we were very impressed with the level of themeing, and enjoyed a ride on the rollercoaster.

We had a great visit and it was nice to be back at the park. We were only there for half a day, and the park was busy with large queues for the main attractions, with the rollercoasters operating on one train, so having Express Pass was certainly useful allowing us to experience everything in the time we had.

We would like to thank Holiday Park for providing discounted park tickets on our visit. We purchased our own express pass which allows you to skip the queue of 9 attractions of your choice (from a selected list), with the exception of front row on Sky Scream or Expedition GeForce which uses 2 of the allowance each ride.
