High Score Farnborough boasts over 200 different titled games and 100 different playing positions. With all games set to free play, you can play some old favourites or try out some new machines you never have got round to playing.

This line-up includes so many different styles and genres, from pinball tables, sport games, the latest games from Sega and Namco and so much more. High Score Farnborough has two super-sized video walls, which can change game each month as a centrepiece attraction for the venue. 

High Score opened up in Farnborough in July 2021 and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It also opens daily during school holidays. Costing £9.95 for 60 minutes of free play game time, you’d be crazy not to give it a try.

Our visit to High Score Farnborough was a blast. You book a start time online and head to the venue just before. As soon as you check in at the reception desk, the next hour is pure games! Each session is capped so there is never too many people playing at one time and whilst our visit was lively, we never had to wait for any machine at all! 

We got to play some favourites such as Luigi Mansion & Dance Stage, whilst trying out a few different types of games that we’ve never seen before. This included a bicycle game which was extremely challenging. The hour went by so quick but you do manage to get so many games in. We didn’t get anywhere near to playing everything, probably not even half! 

The venue hosted many different gaming zones and rooms. You had the starting room which you can see behind reception that hosted some of the latest games, a pinball parlour selection, then some arcade classics in a separate room. Additional to this, there is a smaller room dedicated towards the younger audience, with a range of arcade games purely for kids!

It was great to play so many arcade games all under one price & there was such a brilliant selection of games, old and new. This new style of arcade is the next generation. 

Overall, High Score at Farnborough is a fun venue, perfect to combine a session with an evening at the cinema or restaurant, or to pop along for a couple of sessions to get your gaming fix trying your best for a high score on your favourite games.
