Screamfest Burton is Resurrected for 2021

After 1 year away, Screamfest is back from the dead and resurrected for 2021… Are you ready to scream across Burton on Trent again?

Screamfest Burton is back for 2021 after being closed during 2020 due to the covid pandemic. With their return from the dead, they have new attractions, updated attractions and even returning favourites to make sure 2021 is scarier than ever before! Tickets are already on sale for this years event which will allow you to experience 5 chilling scare attractions and thrilling entertainment. 2 new scare mazes join the lineup and also an updated favourite.

Creed Farm is one of the two new scare mazes for the 2021 season. Likely taking over from Dia de los Muertos, Creed Farm “provides fresh meat of the highest quality. Come on down and experience the harvest for yourself.”

Whilst Dia de los Muertos was our favourite attraction from years past, we are excited to see a new scare attraction at Screamfest Burton and how they will use the space. Will the return of the trailer be used or will this take a whole new route into the farm? Only time will tell this October…

Also new for 2021 is Le Theatre Noir! “There’s no people like show people… until the coven takes over. Take your seats. The performance is about to begin.”

More than likely taking over from Insomnia, the theme seems interesting and it’ll be great to see how they pull this off. We wonder if the use of strong storytelling such as previous attractions that have used this space will take centre stage once again?

Amongst the two new attractions, Freakout will be updated for 2021 to Freakout On Tour, “The funhouse was the first step…now experience Hell’s favourite attraction…on tour! It might be time to run away from the circus! Freakout is back but not as you know it…”

Then a huge favourite to the Screamfest Burton event, Love Hurts returns once again along with the new for 2019 maze Hillbilly Joe’s Zombee Zoo. We are sure to see improvements to both of these attractions which were both strong, scary and solid mazes for 2019.

Along with the chilling scares, you have some thrilling entertainment throughout your evening at the event. New for 2021 for that will be The Screamfest Six, the flash mob dance party that brought Armageddon to the farm. Live music, DJ & Zombie Paintball Smash and fairgrounds all add to the atmosphere. Topped of with food and drink, including a licensed bar.

Screamfest Burton will be running for 13 nights throughout October 2021. Starting with their preview and press evening on October 14th, then on selected dates throughout October from then onwards. Tickets can be purchased from as little as £18 which are on a limited time offer. They have multiple ticket options from a fastrack option, to your standard option and if scares are not your thing, you can purchase a scaredy cat tickets that allows you into the event but not into the mazes!

Screamfest Burton is one of our favourites event and we would highly recommend you purchase your tickets sooner rather than later! If you wish to know more about their previous events and attractions, please click on the images below to be taken to our previous reviews…
