TAyto park announce two new Coasters

Tayto Park have announced two new Rollercoaster are coming to the park!

In a Facebook post from Tayto Park they have released the following: We are delighted to announce the approval of two new steel intertwining rollercoasters which will begin construction in 2021 to open to the public in 2023. The rollercoasters, which represent a total investment of €15million by the park, will create 40 new jobs in the area. Speaking on the announcement, Founder of Tayto Park, Raymond Coyle said, “Today is a very exciting day for Tayto Park and Co. Meath. This is the largest single investment in our history! We currently employ 420 people and not only will the new coasters add employment to the local economy, they are securing the future of the park”

Plans for these two new rollercoasters have surfaced over the past years and have faced issues due to the local residents, the most recent plans publicly available showed themeing elements built on the higher points to ease the noise made from the rollercoasters and guests. Based on the information available these two new coasters are expected to be similar to the brand new ones from Vekoma opening at Tripsdrill in Germany, which consist of a Suspended Thrill Coaster and a Family Boomerang Coaster.

Are you excited for the confirmation of this future investment? Tayto Park will reopen for the 2020 season on 29th June.
